Pantry Essentials
A lot of friends have asked me about what I keep in my pantry. As you know, most of my meals are completely unplanned so its important I have these things on hand. I usually have a freezer full of our favorite organic proteins so I TRY to remember to take something out the night before. Here are the items I need to sustain my last minute ‘masterpieces’ LOL. These are the things I consider ‘pantry’ as they do not belong in the refrigerator..
